WCPG Confidentiality Pledge

As employee or volunteer for the Wisconsin Council on Problem Gambling, Inc., do hereby affirm that I will treat all contacts and information regarding the WCPG Helpline callers as confidential in nature. I will not divulge any information regarding the caller either directly or indirectly. Upon termination of my employment or volunteer services, I further understand that I am still bound by this condition of confidentiality. I am aware that during the course of my employment confidential information will be made available to me, e.g., financial and personnel information, callers and visitors, program designs, program strategies, lists, policies and other related information. I understand that this information is critical to the success of the Council and must not be given out or used outside of the Council’s premises or with non-WCPG employees. In the event of termination of employment, whether voluntary or involuntary, I hereby agree not to utilize or exploit this information with any other individual or company. In signing this statement, I fully realize the importance of maintaining confidentiality and that a violation by myself of confidentiality will result in termination of my employment or volunteer services.
